A Family Business

Incorporated in 1988, Nisley & Associates is a family-owned real estate appraisal company in Grand Junction, Colorado specializing in commercial and agricultural valuation. Frank Nisley Jr, MAI, ARA founded Mountain Realty Company in 1946 and began appraising in the 1950’s in conjunction with the real estate brokerage company. In 1988 Frank sold the brokerage company and incorporated Nisley & Associates, Inc. Jack Nisley, MAI, SRA is the President/Owner of Nisley & Associates, Inc. and began appraising full time in 1976 after graduating from the University of Denver.

Jack Nisley, MAI, SRA is a Certified General Appraiser in Colorado and has over 40 years of appraisal experience. Jack graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a major in Real Estate and Construction Management. Jack received his MAI designation in 1984 and the SRA designation in 2007. Jack has been active in the Appraisal Institute being the Colorado Chapter President in 2004. JP Nisley, MAI is a Certified General Appraiser in Colorado with more than 10 years of experience. JP is a graduate of Colorado State University receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate.
